Very little! Simply clear a floor area large enough for mats to be placed, wear soft, comfortable clothing, and ensure phone notifications are muted for the duration of the session.
What if my home isn't completely silent?
A typical home environment — such as birds outside or normal quiet neighborhood sounds — will not disrupt your session. The resonant acoustic frequencies of the bowls easily fill the room and help guide your mind inward.
Is there any physical contact involved?
No. My Sound Baths are 100% hands-off and non-invasive. You lie down fully clothed, wrapped in blankets, while the acoustic frequencies travel through the air and softly vibrate through the room.
